Middlesbrough CLT presents lessons learnt at the Liverpool launch of the National CLT Network, Urban CLT Project and new CLT Fund

The Liverpool launch event of the National CLT Network, the Urban CLT Project and the new CLT Fund on Friday 18th July took us to the home of Granby 4 Streets CLT and Homebaked CLT. It also marked the opening for applications to the Urban CLT Project.

Mark Keenan, Treasurer of Middlesbrough CLT, explained how the persistence and persuasive approach taken by Middlesborough CLT has helped turn a previously antagonistic relationship with the local authority into something more productive, instigating the beginnings of a revival in an area of the city blighted by a failed regeneration scheme.
